This role involves leading the technical design and implementation of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems with a focus on delivering efficient, reliable, resilient, scalable, and high performing solutions. Key responsibilities include partnering with various teams to analyze and derive solutions, assimilating information and requirements from various sources, managing complex troubleshooting efforts, and leveraging analytic and technical skills to implement standard patterns and solutions. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to interact with internal IT, third party vendors, and business partners. Partner with product team, product owners, engineering leaders and architects to analyze and help derive solutions Work with scrum masters and product owners to help build the muscle on Agile backlog grooming and co-lead grooming sessions Recognizes and implements automation opportunities Actively learn & analyze complex, interconnected business processes/systems Effectively communicate and influence partners vertically and horizontally throughout the organization Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification At least 3 years of experience with systems analysis and integration Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 2+ years of Scripting experience in Python and SQL 3+ years experience with systems integration 2+ years of experience with Agile
