Senior .NET Developer

Description: We are seeking a talented Senior .NET Developer to join our team in Milwaukee. In this role, you will play a key part in developing a greenfield application for our client while also gaining valuable experience supporting existing applications and integrations. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $50 - $68 / hr. w2 Location: Milwaukee, Hybrid 2-3 days in office Duration: Contract through December 2025 with possible extension Experience Requirements: Skills Needed: Proficient in C# and .NET Core Strong front-end development skills with experience in web development frameworks ( Core, Angular, React, etc.) and tools (NPM) Strong SQL skills (Ability to interact with databases using SQL, entity framework, or other ORM) Background developing REST API services Experience with on-prem infrastructure and cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure Experience writing unit tests Experience with continuous integration and automating deployment pipelines Qualities needed for any of this role: Good communicator who wants to work in a team environment, comfortable performing pair programming Analytical - not afraid to dive into complex code and data to troubleshoot issues Self-Motivated - Someone who is willing to look for how to add value even if a specific task isn't assigned. Creative problem solver who is automation focused - we're looking to not have recurring work come back to us, but to better automate or teach/train users for self service Motivated by small quick wins and process improvement Comfortable working in an agile environment. Prefer experience working in agile Exposure to Entity Framework or other ORM
