Custodian / Janitor

Position Summary Seeking self motivated individuals who will help maintain proper cleaning and cleanliness of industrial/factory buildings. If you are a self starter, detail oriented and reliable, then this is a great position for you! Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs. Essential Functions Cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to company satisfaction. Maintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others Maintains housekeeping equipment Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required Ensures security of company assets Qualifications Any type of janitorial, laborer, office cleaning experience preferred, but not required Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 lbs.
