Job Title: Sr .Net Developer Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 2 days onsite), local candidates only Client: LTIMindTree/Truist Insurance Job Description • Develop test and maintain robust and scalable web applications using .NET technologies • Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Design and implement software solutions that align with project goals and industry best practices • Debug and resolve software defects ensuring the quality and reliability of applications • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues ensuring efficient and responsive user experiences • Contribute to the full software development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and maintenance • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field • Proven experience as a .NET Developer with a strong portfolio of web applications • Proficiency in C# ASP NET and related technologies • Front end development skills using JavaScript HTML CSS and frameworks like Angular or React • Experience with database systems preferably SQL Server including database design and optimization • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
