Senior Metal Bellows continues to refine and develop welded metal bellows technology and the integration of welded metal bellows into critical aerospace, semiconductor, medical, defense, and industrial applications. Our 115,000 square-foot manufacturing facility is conveniently located on Route 1 in Sharon, Massachusetts. The Senior Procurement Analyst is responsible for executing strategies primarily associated with major programs and business growth under the supervision of their manager. The Procurement Analyst will be the subject matter expert on Senior Metal Bellows' Supply Chain business processes and will be critical to the growth of the business. Responsibilities: Provide in-depth data analysis throughout sourcing process, identify gaps and areas of commonality, and review with management and stakeholders Create strategies that seeking to create the best value possible while looking at the total cost of ownership through continual re-evaluation of sourcing activities and analysis of markets, in support of the goals of the organization. Develop expertise of current supply base through supplier performance management (OTD and Quality) and in-depth analysis Drive major sourcing initiatives from RFQ through contract execution including defining inventory strategy Support buyers and sourcing specialist in developing and managing supplier / vendor relationships Work collaboratively with financial accounting team to define reports that will drive info-based decision making and monitor purchased component cost targets Primarily responsible for timely vendor reporting, accurate analysis, and appropriate sourcing documentation Assist with various projects and change management efforts with objective to drive efficiency in a rapid growth environment Develop and present initiative results analysis and communications to stakeholders Provide continuous improvement opportunities internally and externally Collaborate with other teams to promote new and existing programs Other responsibilities as required to support the growth of the business. Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required preferably in Supply Chain or Business Admin Minimum 2 years in a strategic sourcing, purchasing, procurement, role Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing purchasing Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to interpret and communicate data to facilitate agile decision making Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite with particular focus on Excel Experience with analytics software such as Tableau or Power BI preferred Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks and projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence others Strong to attention to detail to ensure integrity of data Who is Senior PLC?
