Shifts Available: 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products according to specifications, ensuring quality control, and adhering to safety standards. You will play a crucial role in our production process, contributing to the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble components and products according to engineering specifications and work instructions. - Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery as required to complete assembly tasks. - Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. - Identify and report any defects, irregularities, or issues in the assembly process. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols and guidelines. - Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and improve assembly processes. - Document production activities and maintain accurate records of assembly processes. - Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of assembly operations. Qualifications: - Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly operations is preferred but not required. - Familiarity with basic hand tools and machinery used in assembly processes. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors. - Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods.
