The server will collect meal orders, distribute, collect, and tally resident menus as required. As a server, you will be responsible for meal service and accuracy of resident diets/requests and working with the facility's dietitian as necessary and implement recommend diet/meal changes as required. Some other duties of the server include: promote clean and safe environment, cooperate with Team Members and other departments in performing job duties, and Perform any necessary record keeping (i.e. temperature log, etc.). The server assures that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policies. They are responsible for creating an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests. The server engages directly with residents, families, Team Members, and visitors/guests.
