The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in tax consulting, management, partnerships, and form 1065. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits packages. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the tax compliance process for real estate partnerships, including the preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns, estimates, and extensions. Ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax returns and related forms, including form 1065 and K-1s. Analyze and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize tax liabilities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing guidance and advice on tax-related matters. Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant parties. Conduct tax research and provide recommendations on tax planning strategies. Participate in the development and implementation of tax policies and procedures. Provide training and guidance to junior staff members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. CPA certification preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax management, real estate, partnerships, and form 1065. Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
