Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a CPA firm. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Senior Accountant Responsibilities: Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations. Handle full-cycle accounting duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance. Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents. Assist with audit preparations and coordinate with external auditors. Provide strategic recommendations to clients and management based on financial analysis. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
