Position Summary: Employee Benefits Corporation is hiring for a Sales and Implementation Manager. The Sales and Implementation Manager is responsible for the direct supervision, training, mentoring, and coaching of the Sales and Implementation Support team, who oversees the successful implementation of EBC's products and services. The Sales and Implementation Manager manages all aspects of the implementation process for employers and advisors. This person may work in our Middleton, WI office, or be fully remote, depending on availability. Must be available once a quarter to travel to our Middleton, WI office. Responsibilities Include: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales and Implementation team Ensure the sales team has all necessary tools, resources, and support to close deals effectively Review proposal requirements, assist in proposal development, review and edit responses Manage track and communicate proposal status, key milestones and post proposal analysis to team, management and sales Participate in the development and delivery of client presentations Assist in pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of sales opportunities Facilitate the smooth onboarding of customers after the sales process, ensuring they understand the implementation process and timeline Manage internal and external conflicts or challenges that may arise during the sales or implementation process, ensuring smooth resolution and customer satisfaction Ensure that post-implementation support is in place, collaborating with internal service teams to address and concerns or additional needs that arise post-launch Contribute toward enhancing client experience and process and product improvement through observation, trend identification and customer feedback Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline; may be substituted with four years directly related work experience Minimum seven years of experience in customer implementation with at least five years in leadership or management positions showing increasing levels of responsibility Experience in managing and mentoring teams, overseeing projects or processes, or leading initiatives within the sales or implementation functions. Strong understanding of sales and implementation processes and customer relationship management Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and teams Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills, utilizing proper grammar, syntax and excellent business acumen Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a high paced environment with limited direction Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze problems, draw relevant conclusions and devise appropriate courses of action Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook Possession of valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications: Subject matter expert in Employee Benefits Corporation's product offerings or equivalent experience in the health care industry Previous experience managing others Previous experience training others Certificate in Flexible Compensation (CFC) designation We offer : A friendly, collaborative team environment A competitive compensation and benefits package that includes employee-ownership Opportunities for personal and professional growth Flexible scheduling to encourage and support a healthy work-life balance More About Us: Employee Benefits Corporation administers a variety of employee benefits, from IRS-approved, tax-advantaged plans to COBRA and state-regulated continuation administration through informative education materials, dedicated reporting, creative plan design and expert customer support.
