What You'll Do: Promote a cordial environment for residents, families, visitors and other co-workers; assist in maintaining a "home-like" environment Work with residents to promote optimal mobility and independence. Follow the residents care plan or service plan as an instruction guide for how to take care of that resident Maintain residents' living area by ensuring that it is clean, neat and orderly, and in DHEC compliance Perform other duties as assigned Excellent Staff to resident ratios! 12 skilled beds , 16 Assisted Living and 6 Memory Support.
