Job Title: Business Finance Manager Location: Edison, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days) Duration: Full Time Job Description: Our ideal candidate should bring enthusiasm and passion for adding value to our growing organization and be willing to help shape the process and procedures as well as be committed to maintaining a constant awareness of project and program financial and schedule trends. Additionally, this candidate would develop reports to provide findings and strategic advice to our client's stakeholders and senior management. This role requires someone who is a creative, analytical thinker with excellent communication and organizational abilities. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage data on client Revenue Budgets with the objectives of increasing revenue realization by way of Finding delta revenue opportunities from existing body of work Review and report project cost and schedule trend analysis to help drive profitability improvement initiatives. Engage with Clients and Client teams to manage the financial side of portfolio of work Engage with the client `client teams - sales and Delivery to price all new initiatives and manage all financial risks associated with such new initiative Client Revenue reporting and management: Prepare financial status reports with respect to potential and actual budget and schedule impacts of risk, claims, disputes and Contract changes. Develop and maintain a reporting dashboard acceptable to senior management and stakeholders. Strong working knowledge of project performance indicating metrics to monitor the performance of project or program life cycles, reporting results to senior management Excellent relationship skills, working closely to build and maintain beneficial partnerships with key project or program stakeholders at Client and its clients. Responsible for overseeing the change management process, including the change control process and coordination of additional work order activities. Requirements and Qualifications: BS/BA in Engineering, business administration, accounting, or similar field minimum; MS/MA is a plus Minimum of 8 to 10+ years of experience in managing contract administration, change orders, payment claims, commercial reporting, or another relevant role. Good understanding of SDLC, estimating and cost, Solid knowledge of performance reporting for project's budget and cost. Excellent organizational, and team leader skills Outstanding communication, writing and interpersonal skills
