Description We're looking for a dynamic Ohio Engineering Manager to help us expand our MEP/FP design services in healthcare and higher education. This role is about growth and building market share in Columbus and working on projects that support HVAC, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and telecommunication systems. You will have a leadership role in generating new business and strengthening relationships with existing clients for our Buildings, Energy, and Infrastructure (BEI) division. Working closely with our leadership team, you'll develop and execute business development plans to hit revenue targets, while keeping a strong pipeline of clients through direct outreach, networking, and industry involvement. You'll also help us increase our visibility at events, and your insights from clients will help shape how we deliver services moving forward. Keeping our sales forecasts on point will be part of your day-to-day as well. We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with an active PE license, and 7+ years of experience managing clients in the AEC industry. We are looking for someone passionate about building client relationships, plus a solid understanding of the consulting engineering world. You should also be an effective communicator, highly organized, and resourceful. This role involves travel to client sites, industry events, and other locations. If you're partner-focused, proactive, and someone who knows how to spot opportunities and run with them, you'll thrive in this role.
