Job Summary: The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Deputy Operations Manager, assigned to one of Pinkerton's global clients, is responsible for overseeing the first line oversight of GSOC services, which includes active monitoring of executive suites, after-hours alarm response, after-hours critical security technology incident escalation/troubleshooting, multidiscipline incident coordination/response, travel risk management, geopolitical horizon scans, risk intelligence processing, and continuous call/email intake for all Global Security departments and teams. The position will have a hybrid work schedule (in office/remote) located in Jersey City, NJ. Essential Functions: Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. Supervise and manage the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) for a large international company, ensuring 24/7 monitoring and response through a team of operators and analysts. Ensure timely and effective response to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the overall security posture. Oversee the collection and analysis of security data to inform risk assessments and decision-making and conduct risk assessments with actionable recommendations. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for GSOC operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development for team members, designing and leading security drills and exercises to test readiness and response capabilities. Prepare and present comprehensive reports on GSOC activities and incidents to senior management. Collaborate seamlessly with Global Security Operations personnel abroad, Global Investigations personnel, and other business units such as Facilities, Real Estate, Travel, Global Mobility, and Enterprise Resiliency. Manage, administer, and work within software programs that support operational processes such as executive security, emergency notification, global incidents, travel tracking, common operating picture, critical event management, etc., to ensure readiness and reliability. Work across multiple time zones and cultures. All other duties, as assigned. Education, Experience, and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Corporate Security, Risk Management, Crisis Management, or related field and seven years of experience working in a GSOC environment, preferably pertaining to law enforcement, military, and/or security leadership experience are required.
