The position demands advancing customer objectives through strategic planning, advocating innovative digital marketing solutions, and ensuring value realization across key accounts. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic success plans aligning with customer goals and offerings. Act as the primary contact for customers, coordinating internal and external communications and resources. Network within accounts to ensure the execution of customer strategies and roadmaps. Drive product adoption, leveraging data for insights and customer progress. Represent customer feedback within Client, advocating for innovative solutions and continuous improvement. Must-Have Skills: Demonstrated expertise in Digital Marketing strategies and tools. Proven customer success management experience in the tech industry. Strong communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills. Industry Experience: 10+ years in Customer Success within the Tech Industry, preferably with a focus on Software as a Service (SaaS), Digital Marketing, or similar domains.
