Quality Assurance Full-Time

This position is responsible for supporting the effectiveness of the quality system by review and approval of policy, SOPs, validations and other documents to ensure compliance to federal, industry and other regulations. Managing the internal audit and safety programs. Facilitates process improvement via the CAPA system, and reporting on Key Performance Indicators for management. Provides both new employees training and departmental and global training. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred, concentration in Medical Technology In lieu of education- 2 years in a blood center or regulated industry Two years' experience in quality assurance preferred Analytical skills and the ability to interpret and use the data to make sound decisions Possesses excellent communication skills, including technical writing, & oral communication Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) ASQ and BB certifications preferred Responsibilities Review policies and procedures and ensure that they are in compliance with FDA, AABB, and other regulations. Perform QA review on validations Write SOPs Train new employees and provide other training as requested Perform internal auditing Perform blood center safety duties Administration of the Quality Management System; Review events in the Quality Management System Records and Label Management Pay and hours Monday through Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM Starting salary at 51,038.38 Our benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision 403b Tuition Reimbursement Vacation/Personal/Sick time Discounted tickets Gym reimbursement up to $35 **All new hires are eligible for Bonuses.
