POSITION SUMMARY The Manager, Data and Analytics will manage the processes and people responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling, and analysis primarily utilizing Microsoft based analytics tools and databases. Management responsibilities will also include mentoring team members, managing daily performance, and mentoring team members on analytics processes and new trends. Responsibilities Partner with the business leaders to design and implement analytics strategy, tools and applications Help manage the processes and people responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling, and analysis primarily utilizing Microsoft based analytics tools and databases Work closely with leaders across IT, development, experience, finance, and engagement to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures for analytics employees to follow Use advanced data modeling, predictive modeling and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from company data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes Responsible for developing custom/ad-hoc unique analytics to aid specific questions Designs custom market experiments and measures the impact Own marketing digital analytics platforms, tracking, implementation, data validation, and quality assurance, with the goal of accurately attributed revenue Develop reporting and a cadence for presenting to internal & external teams; create models and visualizations Work with the Digital Marketing Team to identify what key performance indicators are needed to show impact, and pull all data into a common dashboard where it can be democratized and made available for others to use Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Marketing Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Management/Business Information Systems, or related degree) Minimum of 3 years of related work experience Healthcare experience highly preferre Data management and visualization skills / tools in one or all of the following (SQL, Python, Power BI or similar) Experience developing key metrics and tracking satisfaction across the consumer journey Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis with analytics techniques to solve defined business problems Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Proven ability to adapt and manage effectively in fast paced challenging environment and manage multiple, and oftentimes competing, priorities Strong project management capabilities; organized with high attention to detail Strong business acumen & communication skills, including the ability to deliver a clear story to influence agreement to your recommendations with data and insights.
