PM Porter - MCS

Overview The purpose of this position is to achieve a standard of cleanliness in the most efficient way to serve customers/tenants with great quality. The CA PM Porter Is responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of commercial properties. $17/hour Qualifications EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Janitorial experience is a plus Ability to speak English and Spanish a plus OTHER QUALIFICATIONS A passion for cleanliness Strong work ethic Ability to learn and change behavior Work irregular hours Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Maintain a high standard of excellence Clean main entrance glass, spot clean reception and stair glass. Empty and replace liners on all exterior trash receptacles Check and spot clean restrooms Review restrooms and restock products as needed (i.e.; soap, towels, tissue and deodorizers, etc.) Pour water down the drains in all restrooms Dusting of mullions and exterior window sills Dust mop main lobby and reception area floor Dusting of light fixtures and metal work in lobby and reception. Check common area and clean interior of elevator cabs Walk/police interior or exterior stairwells. Vacuum Dust mop/sweep hard surface floors Wet mop hard surface floors (spills and bio clean up) Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure Report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture and linens Report inventory and supplies to Supervisor/Manager Report lost and found items to Supervisor/Manager Assist in maintaining storage closets clean and organized Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively Utilize time wisely and efficiently
