Great opportunity for an experienced Litigation Paralegal/Case Manager to join a leading boutique law firm in their Washington DC office on a direct hire hybrid basis. This position is for legal professionals who are at the advanced paralegal and case management skill level with extensive litigation, investigation, and general case management experience cases before government agencies and all levels of federal and state courts. Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Interface with attorneys, outside agencies, vendors, and professional staff Attention to detail and experience in the preparation of court and agency filings Experience with trial/arbitration or hearings in various forums Fully support the factual research, cite-checking, proofreading, organization of documents and files, coordination with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel Work with litigation support staff and attorneys in assessing and overseeing case needs and requirements Assist attorneys with research using various electronic search tools and the management of various database platforms Requirements : Eight + years' experience as a case manager/legal assistant preferred; four-year degree preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail Well-developed proofreading, cite-checking, and Bluebooking skills Proficient experience with database platforms, Westlaw, LEXIS, and Best Authority Ability to work as part of a team Willingness to learn Ability to juggle concurrent projects Flexibility to work overtime and travel If you would like to learn more about the Senior Paralegal/Case Manager position available in Washington, DC, then please submit your resume, in Word format, by clicking the Apply Now button.
