Responsibilities: Foster and maintain customer relationships in a team-based selling model. Manage deliveries according to the transportation department's routing schedule and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Communicate with customers to collect accounts receivable and work with the credit department to ensure timely payments. Utilize market intelligence databases and attend trade shows and conferences to identify and develop new business opportunities. Stay informed about market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, and share relevant information with customers. Drive to customer locations for product delivery, including lifting and carrying up to 75lbs. Qualifications: 1+ year of sales experience preferred. Experience in the foodservice industry, culinary, restaurant management, or hospitality is a plus. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; experience with customer relationship management tools is preferred. Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, and driving frequently. Lifting and carrying objects of various weights. Occasional stooping, kneeling, and bending. Frequent grasping and manipulating of objects.
