About Your Position CONSTANT is seeking a Junior Business Process (BP) Specialist to support the Office of Fleet and Asset Management (OFAM). OFAM mission is to provide effective and efficient management of Customs and Border Protection's (CBP)fleet and asset resources. This includes acquiring and disposing of vehicles and equipment, maintaining and repairing fleet assets, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards and supporting operational needs through efficient asset management. This Is What You'll Do The Junior Business Process (BP) Specialist will support process improvement initiatives within the Customs and Border Protection Office of Fleet and Asset Management. This role will involve analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, documenting findings, and communicating recommendations to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in MS Office, project management, analysis, and communication. Support business process improvement initiatives within the Office of Fleet and Asset Management Assist in identifying gaps between current and desired performance Understand and utilize benchmarking processes Analyze KPIs, metrics, and performance dashboards Evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement Document and analyze processes in detail Create clear and concise reports and presentations Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement Assist in developing and delivering workshops Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (Business Administration/Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems) or relevant field 1-3 years of relevant experience Proficiency in MS Office Suite Basic project management and change management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies Must pass a CBP Background Investigation (BI) Location, Compensation & Benefits DMV area Occasional work on-site at CBP offices in DC (20%) Competitive compensation is based on the capability of the candidate.
