Job Summary Shambaugh & Son is searching for a Mobile User Support Specialist. In this position you will be responsible for order, setup, invoice reconciliation, and initial technical support for all mobile users. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install, setup, and configure employee phones and applications Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance over the phone or email Reconcile monthly invoice Run usage reports for management team monthly Order phones and supplies according to company policy Guide employees remotely through systems configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance Walk employees step-by-step through the problem-solving process Prioritize employee satisfaction in all communications, directing unresolved issues to next-level personnel Follow up with employees to ensure the problem is resolved Assist employees with various applications and operating systems Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users Other duties as assigned Qualifications Experience working as a mobile device technician or in a similar customer support role, preferred Comprehensive knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems and experience troubleshooting hardware and software The ability to break down technological processes and deliver clear, step-by-step instructions Patient, friendly demeanor with a great aptitude for listening Strong verbal and written communication skills Commitment to providing exceptional customer service Passion for problem-solving and customer service Tech savvy, with experience working in a tech-related field Ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues Team-oriented mindset with an openness to constructive feedback Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to prioritize work accordingly Notice to prospective employees:There have been fraudulent postings and emails regarding job openings.EMCOR Group and its companies list open positions here.
