All duties will be performed with an emphasis on the value of providing quality customer service to all residents, family members, co-workers, volunteers, visitors, and other service professionals. Duties will include: Housekeeping team performs basic day-to-day housekeeping functions in resident cottages on a weekly rotation, utilizing proper time management; clean furnishings/fixtures, windows, floors in clubhouse areas, keep janitorial areas clean and organized. Skills and Knowledge • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language and follow written and oral instructions. • Demonstrates respect, sensitivity and flexibility. • Function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with older adults, personnel, and support organizations *The above is a summary of the position, it in no way states or implies that these are the only duties you will be required to perform.
