Responsibilities Draft pleadings and motions Communicating with involved parties and courts Schedule meetings Meet with clients Produce case status reports Meet monthly billing requirements Education College Diploma a plus Qualifications 3 years of family law practice experience in Virginia required Experience drafting pleadings and motions Experience with local court filing procedures Skills Excellent communication skills Great attention to detail Solves problems effectively Works well in a team Works well independently Good listener Ability to prioritize Planning ahead for anticipated demands Schedule: Monday to Friday in office
