Sales & Customer Service Associate

Overview Massage Envy Westborough provides whole body wellness services. We are looking for a customer-oriented sales associate. A sales/customer service associate will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, set appointments and provide sales recommendations. The best associates are genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Problem-solving comes naturally to our associates. Responsibilities Generate sales (memberships, product & add-ons); match or exceed goals assigned Manage large amounts of incoming calls Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Ability to work alone on shifts and handle any customer interactions Fast learner Skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Spa and sales experience is a plus!
