We are searching for a Sr. Digital Program Manager who can lead a strategic improvement program, be passionate about processes and innovation, and navigate in a complex environment with both business and technical aspects. This role demands a high capacity to Learn and Be Curious, Invent and Simplify, Bias for Action, and Deliver Results as we need to be continually adapting to the fast-moving environment and push to drive efficiency and simplification for global customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including global cross-functional teams within Amazon, external executive teams, and technical teams from both sides. Key job responsibilities Be the subject matter expert of your assigned program Define program value propositions, advantages, and limitations Be the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer experiences solutions Own and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi-task based on severity level and strong business judgement Identify and investigate data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams Have a passion for continuously improving the customer experience Be a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment Minimum Requirements 5+ years experience working with large global organizations as a Digital Supply Chain Manager, or similar roles such as Program Manager, Vendor Management, Instock Management etc. 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams and in the digital supply chain Deep understanding and familiarity of componentized based packages such as MDDF (MovieLabs Digital Distribution Framework), including identification of content using EIDR (Entertainment ID Registry), delivery of content metadata using MEC (Media Entertainment Core Metadata) and MMC (Media Manifest Core), and delivery of availability metadata using EMA Avails Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing/business counterparts to deliver online products/services Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to the stakeholders and executives as required Experience delivering programs of medium to high complexity, coordinating the development cycle Experience managing, analyzing, presenting, and communicating relevant results to senior management Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing and competing priorities Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect data Excellent verbal and written communication skills Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
