As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. **Responsibilities:** 1. **Client Management:** Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns or issues, and ensure ongoing satisfaction with our services. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and requests. 2. **Sales and Business Development:** Attend sales calls with potential clients to understand their cleaning requirements and provide tailored solutions. Provide accurate estimates and proposals based on client needs and budget constraints. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up activities. 3. **Training and Employee Retention:** Train cleaning staff to ensure they deliver the highest standards of service quality and professionalism. Develop and implement training programs to equip staff with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles. 4. **Quality Control:** Conduct regular inspections of client sites to ensure that cleaning standards are met or exceeded.
