We serve 17 counties and have specialty programs throughout the state and typically serve over 25,000 adults and children through its primary service corporation. We are excited to announce that we have recently been awarded a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) grant and are looking for a Transportation Driver to join our Team. The CCBHC will give New Vista the ability to incorporate primary care into our treatment model along with many other services like a rural Assertive Community Treatment team, enhanced crisis services and new outreach teams. The grant dollars will be used to establish the new CCBHC model in Clark, Estill, Madison, Powell and Fayette counties. All transportation services are provided with respect to the clientsfamilies receiving transportation services complying with standards by both federal and state regulations and organizational policies.Required Education and ExperienceHigh School degree or equivalent Current Driver's License Essential Functions:Completes assigned trips while maintaining safety of passengers (wheelchair and ambulatory) Maintains documentation for trips as per organization procedure, to include but not limited to pre and post trip inspections. Learn and follow all policies and procedures. Preforms preventative maintenance and completes PM documentation for assigned vehicles. Keeps assigned vehicles clean, with no loose items in passenger area. Competencies Confidentiality: Maintains confidentiality in regard to personnel and resident related matters.
