Professional Friendship: Build strong, supportive relationships without control, offering emotional and practical support in a way that empowers clients. Daily Living Assistance: Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and keeping the living environment organized, ensuring clients are engaged in the process. Health and Wellness Management: Help clients manage medical appointments and encourage physical and social activity, providing guidance without being overbearing.What We're Looking For: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Ideally, you have 2 to 3 years experience in disability care, but the most important quality is compassion and an understanding approach. Requirements: A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a reference from a personal or professional contact.
