Classified Edjoin Application - Resume - ReferenceRecommendation letters if applicable Hours vary between 6 am - 2 pm, Monday - Friday Substitute position - On call basis when needed Effective Date of Employment: 2024-2025 School Year REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES: Under direction, perform food preparation, cooking and serving duties. Set up serving area; set up steam tables and ice trays; set out serving trays, food and beverages. Serve food to students and staff according to established procedures. Assist in assembling short-order foods; toss salads. Maintain work areas and serving areas in a sanitary manner; wash and clean steam tables; clean and store utensils, trays and kitchen equipment. Operate a variety of standard kitchen equipment such as utensils, can opener, oven and cash register. Perform related duties as assigned. Experience and Education: Any combination equivalent to: sufficient training and experience to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities listed above. District Policy #4442: "Substitute and short term employees shall not be eligible for paid holidays nor shall they be eligible to participate in District health, dental, or other insurance programs."
