Medical Dispatcher

Description: Reliable Medical Dispatcher will act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls. The dispatcher will receive requests, transmit messages and track vehicles. Primary Responsibilities: * Dispatch orders for all services for All-Stat Portable, including monitoring techniciannurse routes, exam status, and exam priority status, to ensure the fastest turnaround times. * Intake orders from clients and customers via phone, professionally and respectfully * Enter all orders in medical tracking system and maintain logs and other information * Maintain communication with techniciansnurses and inform them of any pertinent order information, obstacles or requirement that is imperative for the successful completion of the exam. * Assist techniciansnurses with troubleshooting. * Address problems and requests by transmitting information, providing solutions, or notifying the appropriate person. * Provide field techs with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements * Make CD images and distribute appropriately * Grant online access to outside medical professionals * Correct and modify issues with exams or order information Requirements: * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written * Great organizational skills, and able to prioritize and delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively * Great interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external managers, clients and associates * Experience in upholding performance and quality standards * High school diploma or higher education * Previous Medical Dispatch or customer service experience * Flexible schedule and hours Benefits: * Generous Medical, Dental and Benefits Package * PTO * Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance * Overtime Opportunities
