Deliver critical patient care with empathy and efficiency, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, making swift, informed decisions during high-stress situations. Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care and treatment plans, adhering to hospital policies and best practices. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members to foster a supportive and informative environment. Candidate requirements A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) with equivalent experience will be considered. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon. Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an emergency or critical care setting. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required. Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification is preferred.
