Job Description The Senior Finanace Manager will partner with the global operations finance planning teams to facilitate continuous improvement efforts towards the planning, forecasting and long-range plan. The incumbent will partner with project teams and supervise consultants with Global Operations requirements gathering, technical design, development, user acceptance testing, and cutover of an enterprise planning solution. Responsibilities: + Take responsibility of root cause analysis and process improvement. Requires strong understanding of the Global Operations planning and consolidation process as well as requirements for management reporting. + Design, develop and troubleshoot load rules, Business Rules, and Calculation Scripts. + Continuously and proactively improve the environment to enrich experience by contributing to training documentation and support for end users. + Develop, maintain, and improve documentation on key business processes and procedures in compliance with Internal control policies. + Promote and develop automation of processes with current and future application flows. Send downstream system monthly corporate adjustment files for tie to final monthly, quarterly consolidation. + Facilitate integration of SAP BPC planning, including sourcing actuals, reconciling and data analytics with visualization tool. + Partner with BTS to install technical patches, upgrades, and system/application migrations. + Responsible for Leadership communication and update to Steering committee on monthly basis. + Act as BPC subject matter expert for the entire organization. + This role is located on site in our Lake County offices 3 days a week. + Understanding /Acumen of Finance with strong knowledge in planning, forecasting, and accounting close process are highly desirable. + This role requires excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels while understanding the needs of business teams to appropriately plan for growth and change. + The incumbent will exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently as well as work as part of a team, ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines, while exhibiting a team player mentality. Qualifications Qualifications + Bachelors degree in computer science, finance, or accounting. + 6 - 8 years of finance/accounting experience. + Experience in operations finance and the pharmaceuitical industry a plus. + Experience in architecting, building and supporting financial planning applications desirable. + Experience with administration and/or implementation of SAP/BPC desirable. + Strong Analytical and technical skills to continuously improve processes. + Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and aptitude for continuous improvement and change. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
