Welcome to a medical center where you're the center of attention.Pay range:$114,088.00 - $171,142.00Stroke Program Manager - Overlake Medical Center & ClinicsOverlake Medical Center & Clinics has a wonderful opportunity for Program Manager of Stroke. The Program Manager is accountable for coordinating all aspects of stroke care, in conjunction with the Director, Stroke Medical Director and the Emergency Services Medical Director to optimize the delivery of care to stroke patients.Key responsibilities include ensuring Joint Commission compliance, leading stroke program committees, and analyzing clinical and demographic data to identify improvement opportunities.Our ideal candidate has experience in clinical project management, including team facilitation, clinical data analysis and process improvement. Knowledge of neurologicalneurosurgical services is preferred.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's of Science in Nursing preferred. Masters Degree preferred.Must maintain license as appropriate to clinical profession.Current CPR certification.Minimum 3 years of recent acute care experience, ideally in a hospital critical care or rehab unit that provides stroke care.One year in a leadership roleWhy join Overlake?We're proud to offer benefits that support you in every stage of your career and life.
