You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues, ensuring their safety and reliability.Key Responsibilities: Mobile Service: Travel to clients' locations, including homes, offices, or roadside, to provide on-the-spot vehicle repairs and maintenance. Diagnosis: Inspect vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and other issues. Repair and Maintenance: Perform a variety of tasks, including engine and transmission repairs, brake system maintenance, oil changes, tire replacements, and more. Adherence to Safety: Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations, promoting the safety of both customers and team members. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair issues, offering solutions, and obtaining necessary approvals before proceeding with work. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services provided, including parts used, labor hours, and costs, for billing and reference purposes. Parts Management: Efficiently manage and order necessary parts and materials to complete repairs. Equipment Maintenance: Keep tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues for prompt resolution. Continual Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and trends through training and workshops.Requirements: Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service. Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and parts.Preferred Qualifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification. Previous experience as a mobile mechanic. HVAC or refrigeration certification (for refrigerated vehicle repairs, if applicable).
