Renhill Group is currently looking for flexible, compassionate individuals who are committed to student learning and success to work on a substitute (part-time, on-call) basis as an Educational AideStudent Assistant through the Auglaize County Educational Service Center in Wapakoneta, Ohio for the 2023-2024 school year.The Auglaize County ESC oversees and supervises classrooms throughout Auglaize County school districts that offer specialized services that allow students access to the Ohio Academic Content Standards, by licensed professionals, which includes a classroom teacher and teaching assistant(s).Renhill Group, through the Auglaize County ESC, offers the following schools services for their students identified with multiple disabilities.ABC CenterCridersville ElementaryMinster Jr. and Sr. HighNew Bremen ElementaryNew Knoxville ElementaryProject IndependenceSt. Mary's Primary and MiddleWapakoneta Elementary, Middle, and HighAn Educational AideStudent Assistant provides instructional, physical, and social emotional assistance in a caring and nurturing environment to meet the unique needs of students with Individual Education Plans. No formal experience? No problem. Renhill Group's online training courses designed by current and former school district administrators will give you the knowledge and confidence you need to ensure your success in the classroom.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentBCI & FBI background checksCompleted within the past 12 months and on file with the Ohio Department of EducationRenhill Group offers background checks at one of the area's lowest rates ($55), if you do not already have themAide permit issued by the Ohio Department of EducationRenhill Group will assist you in obtaining your permit if needed.
