As a Dietary Team member you will be responsible for improving our residents experience and maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment. Your focus will be the basic quality-of-life for our residents, so duties such as taking dining orders, food preperation, and following dietary procedures will be key in the individualized care. Deliver food carts, trays, etc., to designated areas. Serve food in dining rooms as instructed         Prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations, as well as with our establishments policies and procedures.      Assist in inventory and storng in-coming food and supplies as necessary.      Follow Dietary safety regulations and precautions at all times.      Greets and assists all internal and external customers, guests, family members, residents, vendors and team members. What we are looking for: We are looking for a full time and a part time Dietary Aide. Fresh out of school? Come learn the Dietary Aide position from experienced staff willing to share their skills. Join our Dietary team who will appreciate your expertise.           Strong interpersonal skills, especially when it comes to delivering sensitive information to patients andor families.          Must be alert and attentive to detail.           Possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.           Be able to make independent decisions concerning above job duties.          Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family member, visitors, government agenciespersonnel, vendors, and the general public.          Be knowledgeable of dietary and meal prep practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care. Schedule needs: 8  hour shifts Full-time dietary aide for dayevening shift and a Part time dietary aide for dayevening shift availability Rotating Holiday Schedule  Every other weekend availablility  Thank you very much for your interest in working for Munster Med Inn as a Dietary Aide.
