Dietary Aide

Lighthouse Pointe Village, a vibrant senior living community in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our friendly team! In this role, you will: Assist with preparing and serving meals and beverages to residents, following physician-prescribed diets. Ensure food safety and sanitation by adhering to all hygiene protocols. Maintain a clean and pleasant dining environment by setting up tables, replenishing condiments, and bussing dirty dishes. Interact with residents in a courteous and professional manner, fostering a positive dining experience. Assist with housekeeping duties in the dining area as needed. Collaborate effectively with the dietary team to ensure smooth operations. You are a great fit for this role if you: Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred). Prior experience in a food service setting is a plus. Possess a strong commitment to resident care and well-being. Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. Are reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Are able to lift up to 25 lbs.
