Transportation Safety Supervisor

Royal Coach Lines, LLC Under the supervision of the 19A Coordinator, the 19A Assistant is responsible for maintaining the standards for 19A and other compliance matters as related to the Compliance Department. * Responsibility Profile: * Customer Service * Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry and photocopying * Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department * Provide general administrative support to the office staff * Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members * Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism * Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Must have an eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently * Ability to pass background check & drug screen required * Work well with others * Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) * Good at following directions and expresses willingness to learn * Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus * Job Type: Full-time * Annual Salary $62,400 * Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift: Monday to Friday * Work Location: In person (Yonkers) * Overtime is available Beacon Mobility is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
