Also 401K planDaytime hours - no nightsSolid training systemGrowth opportunitiesAble to make more than $15/hour (some cleaners make $20+/hour)BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION:-Clean ground level commercial storefront glass to high quality expectations-Average day is 15 to 20 storefronts.-Maintain equipment-Drive and maintain your own vehicle-Meet in Matawan several days per weekBASIC REQUIREMENTS:-Be an early riser-Have your own cell phone-Basic organizational skills-Attend office and safety meetings-Handle outdoor weather-Stand on feet all day and use ladders-Have your own vehicle in good & clean conditionCOMPENSATION:-Percentage performance pay (the more you do, the more you earn)-Average weekly pay is $400-$500 (Some cleaners make more)-Paid bi-weekly-Extra periodic bonuses!-All uniforms and equipment are supplied!
