Job Summary We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential within the Auto Detailing business. Responsibilities: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures a strong presence. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Requirements and Skills: Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Committed to the company's success. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Strong business sense and industry expertise. This is a Part-time position that may transition to full-time for the right candidate. The General Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, ensuring organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The General Manager is responsible for new customer/account acquisitions, communication protocols, inventory control, staff supervision, and task delegation. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase the quality of customer service, acquire and retain new customers. No-H2O Auto Detailing of NOVA, a rapidly scaling direct-to-consumer service brand, is looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive General Manager. The tasks of the General Manager will include being the friendly and organized client and staff-facing person. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be a self-motivated salesperson and trustworthy. The General Manager ensures the smooth running of our company's office and contributes to driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Supervise detailer staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance. Manage calendars and appointments. Prospecting B2B customers and sales efforts to expand No-H2O Nova's customer base. Lead follow-up with prospective and prior customers. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.). Assist colleagues whenever necessary (including detailing). Recruiting, hiring, and training new detailers. Demonstrating No-H2O products to prospective B2B customers. Ensuring day-to-day operations are running smoothly and on time. Demonstrate professional customer satisfaction skills and practices. Qualifications: Proven experience as an office manager. Sales experience to meet sales goals. Detailing experience is highly preferred. Outstanding communication, client relations, and interpersonal abilities. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Customer-first orientation. Attention to detail.
