This is a full-time salaried position. Job duties entail but are not limited to the following: Management of 2.0 full time employees across two buildings including scheduling and supervision, enhancing productivity of personnel and achieving objectives within budget. Ordering custodial supplies and inventory management. Minor repairs, as well as coordinating large scale repairs and projects with outside vendors. Code enforcement, physical safety, understanding of commercial heating and ventilation systems required and on call for building emergencies. Prepares a wide variety of written materials for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference, and/or conveying information. Monitors budget allocations and expenditures, ensures that expenses are within budget limits and fiscal practices are followed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
