Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Chronic Dialysis Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Prior experience in chronic dialysis nursing Job Description: - Work in a post-acute care setting providing dialysis treatment to Schedule includes clinic days from Monday to Shift times vary between 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.- Typically, 10-hour shifts with a weekly target of 36 hours; opportunity to work up to 40 hours.- Responsible for managing up to 26 patients with 26 dialysis machines.- No on-call or floating duties required.- Utilize the Darwin charting system for patient Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to optimize patient care.- Ensure adherence to protocols and guidelines to maintain patient safety and quality of care.
