THE OPPORTUNITY: This position will be expected to obtain deep business process and system knowledge of all functional areas and processes in Harvey Performance Company enterprise such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Distribution, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate for this position must have the ability to interact effectively with all business end users, grasp both technical and business needs quickly and possess outstanding verbal, writing and presentation skills. This position provides full lifecycle support of all of enterprise software and application management allowing increase visibility, flexibility, reliability allowing management real-time information across our entire organization. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: Oversee the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all enterprise application solutions. Manage a team of database developers, analysts, application managers and integrators that support all our enterprise-wide applications. Responsible for implementing and overseeing all enterprise application activity including working with top executives to determine strategic direction, provide oversight, and daily tactical support and decision making related to all enterprise applications. Produce project timelines for all application implementations, updates, releases and implementing of effective project control by monitoring the progress of all software releases and reporting statuses to senior management. Sustain Information Technology application results by defining, delivering, and supporting Information Technology solutions. Evaluate the functionality of systems and make recommendations on enterprise applications that drive Harvey Performance company. Provide user training, support, advice, and feedback programs. Owns all Upgrades, Testing, evaluating, and modifying of enterprise applications to ensure that that they are operating reliably and as designed. Prepares documentation for all process flows, business processes, data objects and databases architecture. Own all application implementations, developments, coordination, planning, management, and execution of new software solutions and processes for our enterprise. Owns, writes, manages, and supports all B2B/B2C integrations and all ETL processes using solutions like SSIS and EDI. Designs, tests, and trouble shoots business reporting for end-users in Tableau, Microsoft Reporting services and other reporting tools. YOU'LL BRING: 9+ years of Enterprise Applications experience including System Analysis, Design, Procurement, Testing, Implementation, Documentation, Vendor Management, and License Management. 5+ years of experience with ERP software. 3+ years of experience leading a technical team, providing significant technical and non-technical mentorship. Proven ability to develop and implement a strategic Enterprise Applications roadmap to build and achieve a best-in-class organization. Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and motivate Enterprise Applications team. Proven experience managing software vendors and contract requirements. Proven ability to manage a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects serving multiple functional areas of our organization and executive sponsors. Full understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Experience in using Jira (or similar tools) and agile iterative development methodologies. Exposure to middleware, reporting, and Modern user interface (UI) tools and technologies. Demonstrable knowledge in technologies such as SQL queries, automation, and scripting. Project management and system implementation experience. Understanding of server administration, user account management, and architecture. Should possess understanding of network and server configuration and management. Experience participating in, or leading, governance committees. Ability to analyze large volumes of complex data and distill it down to provide timely insights and actionable business intelligence. Able to apply business acumen to focus on key success factors for the organization. Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Superior understanding for the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational skills, ability to coordinate multiple tasks and support projects of varying complexity concurrently. Ability to maintain steady leadership throughout aggressive deadlines, changing priorities, and evolving operations.
