Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a high-priority search for an Executive Assistant on behalf of our client, an organization dedicated to empowering educators and youth to achieve positive outcomes throughout Connecticut. This is an exciting direct-hire, hybrid position based in Greenwich, CT. Position Overview: An experienced, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant is sought to join a dynamic team, providing high-level administrative support and coordination for the CEO and senior leadership. This role plays a vital part in advancing projects and other priorities while ensuring successful operations and activities. The Executive Assistant will also manage the Greenwich office, delivering excellent partner experiences. Responsibilities: Maintain and organize schedules for the CEO and senior leadership through calendar management support and coordination with other teams. Support the CEO and senior leadership in expense tracking and processing. Perform various administrative tasks to facilitate meetings, communication with partners, and manage vendors. Assist the CEO in coordinating communications and nurturing key relationships with external stakeholders. Foster effective meetings and collaboration by developing agendas, minutes, and internal systems for streamlined workflow and communication. Proactively anticipate upcoming events and cyclical responsibilities, ensuring alignment with team-wide needs. Identify opportunities for team-building and professional development that resonate with the team's values, including diversity, equity, and inclusion. Oversee office operations as the office manager, ensuring adequate supplies and efficient internal systems, security, and technology. Provide guests with a welcoming experience, including food and beverage services, demonstrating cultural competency and attention to detail. Support project management by tracking tasks and milestones, providing updates, and leading special events as assigned. Collaborate with teammates to plan and execute special projects, managing complex logistics effectively. Qualifications: Previous experience directly supporting senior executives. Demonstrated proficiency in managing office operations, guest experiences, and contributing to projects. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional organizational abilities with acute attention to detail. Capacity for multitasking, prioritization, and delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in various software including Microsoft Office, Mac applications, Google Applications, Adobe, Salesforce, and other cloud-based systems. Ability to travel ~10% of the time within Connecticut. Compensation: This opportunity offers an annual salary between $100,000-$150,000.
