Job Description We are in search of part time Janitors to perform cleaning services at our customer site in Madison, WI . This role is responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. Shift: 4:30PM - 8:30PM. Key Job Functions Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones Mop, Buff and vacuum floors Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls Clean surfaces with disinfectant Ensure proper disinfecting procedures are followed Empty trash cans and/or recycling bins Maintain outdoor grounds Remove debris and snow from sidewalks Empty trash and recycling bins Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Custodial Experience preferred Ability to work independently or as a team member Ability to communicate effectively and follow oral and written instruction Additional Information COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS Teamwork Results orientation/operational excellence Holding self and other accountable Operational business thinking All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
