StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Security Specialist at Patuxent River, MD. This position is contingent upon contract award. The Security Specialist is responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive security administration process for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP). This senior-level position involves overseeing the security and administrative management of assigned SCI and SAP, addressing all aspects of security, including personnel, physical, operations, and communications security. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with established security protocols and contribute to the overall integrity of sensitive information management. Essential Job Duties: Establish and maintain processes for SCI and SAP security administration. Manage security and administrative tasks associated with assigned SCI and SAP. Evaluate and implement security measures across all areas, including personnel security, physical security, operations security, and communications security. Provide oversight and guidance to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. Experience: At least 10 years of recent and relevant experience in security management or related fields. Education: Required Degree: High School diploma or GED. Certification: Must obtain Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) within one year of employment and maintain certification throughout employment. Security Clearance: Minimum Requirement: TOP SECRET Expected Full Performance Level: TOP SECRET / SCI U.S. Citizenship is required. The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 - $165,000 annually. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's level of knowledge, education, experience, and skill sets.
