An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Human Resources Director in our UOP business located in Rosemont, IL. In this exciting opportunity in a high growth environment, you will utilize your extensive experience in Human Resources management to significantly impact and support global business leaders who are driving growth, innovation and employee development. You will partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services and actively develop/lead HR strategy, organizational development, talent management, inclusion and diversity, and effective AOP census management for a $1.2B line of the UOP business. You will align organizational transformations and staffing strategies to promote talent and growth. Want to put your hat in the ring for an exciting opportunity in a complex and dynamic business? Key attributes are: True HR business partnership role - you will be accountable for developing the HR strategy to support the business strategy to drive real business results and positively impact the P&L Significant opportunity to help to transform the culture and performance of the business Keen focus on talent management and succession planning to ensure the business has talent ready for the opportunities to come You will help devise and lead activities to integrate, standardize and transform the work you do KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Transformation agenda - reshape the business and deliver flawless execution Talent development and succession; creating and maintaining a healthy bench of talent for critical roles Data analytics - having accountability for the business census, AOP planning and execution and spans and layers Building a growth culture while maintaining our outstanding performance history Driving organizational effectiveness Effectively leading change Act as a coach for senior leaders YOU MUST HAVE 7+ years' progressive professional Human Resources experience 5+ years' experience in Human Resources leadership/management roles within a global organization Strong data analytic skills Demonstrated ability to take data and business observations and create/deliver effective HR strategies Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization Demonstrated ability to navigate in a highly matrixed environment Strong bias for action, a keen sense of urgency and the ability to drive results in a highly matrixed organization. Demonstrated ability to positively influence others, particularly leadership development and coaching. WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Employment Relations or Organizational Development or related discipline.
