This is a unique opportunity to build equity while enjoying the support of a seasoned team. Equity Structure: Up to 20% ownership from the beginning with aa plan in place aimed at granting the dentist ownership of 30% (or more). Compensation: 35% of Collections, potentially effectively as high as 40% with profit share and equity are included.
