WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING As a Compliance Manager, you will manage the process of obtaining and maintaining the licenses required, providing guidance, supporting the regulatory controls for CPI and its subsidiaries to do business with regulated casinos throughout the United States and Canada. The Compliance Manger will have a direct impact on our Finance group, responsible for: · Preparing and submitting corporate gaming applications for CPI and subsidiaries · Coordinate the application process for CPI associates that are required to be licensed · Coordinate with outside attorneys to ensure principals of the company are properly licensed · Work with outside tax consultants to manage sales taxes, business licenses and property taxes · Manages and reconciles bank reporting and cash balances · Establish, implement, manage, and monitors critical accounting and reporting processes and associated metrics. Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls · Supports CPI leadership with special assignments, initiatives, and ad hoc reporting requirements · Assists in the resolution of complex or unusual business challenges Ensure that new and current revenue streams and products are compliant with applicable gambling regulations an licenses Interpret regulatory requirements and implement controls in current and potential new states for planned growth. Manage audit compliance against such controls Research allowability of proposed product enhancements and system integrations Provide compliance guidance to Operations, Customer Support, and Program Management teams WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR You will bring exceptional organization and attention to detail skills with well demonstrated success in managing multiple projects .This position will need to be highly organized and able to provide guidance to leadership. Time management is critical to ensure zero license gaps or exposures. Qualifications and Requirements · Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or eight or more years of relevant business experience. · 5-10 years of experience in Compliance / Finance, with experience in the gaming industry. · Must be able to manage many projects at once. · Must be highly organized. · Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
